Parents as Career Educators

Book now for free ‘Parents as Career Educators’ seminars being held at University of Canterbury in Creyke Road in August.

If your teenager is in Year 9-13, you will gain tips and info to help you talk with them about their future.
The seminars will cover:
– Career pathways
– Supporting your teen with career decision making
– Choosing tertiary options to suit your teen
– Communicating effectively with your teen

You can choose from one of three dates in August: 8th, 15th or 22nd.
The Thursday seminars run from 7:00pm-8:30pm

There will be two Faculty staff members holding an interactive presentation in Christchurch on Monday 10 June at 7:00pm, with three recent Otago alumni supporting. Lincoln University Information Evening

UC Careers day with Arts

Year 13 students are invited to come along this careers evening where they will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of speakers from different industries, talking about their own careers, what they value about Arts and what they have accomplished with their degrees.

The Bachelor of Arts has a diverse selection of courses. This event is designed to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to make their study choices.

This is a free event and pizza will be provided on the night.

UC Science Careers Evening year 11 to 13

The Choose Science Careers Evening is coming up on Wednesday, 29 May at UC’s Ilam campus.

This is a free public event, of particular interest to students in Years 11 to 13 thinking about their degree and career options. Students can learn about campus life, degree options and hear from inspiring graduates of our Bachelor of Science degree.
